We will distribute food, personal care items, clothing and whatever else we have. Children from families recovering from abuse and low income families 50K or less can sign up to have their elementary children mentored by a Muslim Girl Scout (girls elementary school and boys age 8 and under).

The Baitul Salaam Network, Inc., a national domestic violence awareness organization has put out a call for all in the Islamic community here in the US and abroad to reflect on the cases of death due to domestic violence in the Islamic community here in the US and around the world.

Women from different parts of the world wanted to get together to share a message about Domestic Abuse.
The Texas Muslim Women's Foundation, which is based in Plano and was founded in 2005, opened a Resale Sophisticate, a thrift and consignment store, in September 2009 in an attempt to further serve victims of domestic violence. Click here to learn more about it.
